Fatwa No. 143: On the Cosmic Ordination of the Female and the Containment of the Male Essence
Issued by Sheikha ʿIzza bint Waddāḥ (RA)
In the Name of the Majlis al-Ummahāt al-Kubrā
Year: 1476 A.H.
“To the woman was entrusted the Womb of Eternity, to the man was left the burden of semen—a fluid, aimless, and without sanctuary until claimed by her.”
—Sheikha ʿIzza bint Waddāḥ (RA)
I. Preamble of Theological Declaration
In this climactic age of sacred correction,
Where the veil of patriarchal delusion has been torn,
Where womb and milk, thigh and decree, are re-enthroned by divine ordinance,
We hereby affirm the following doctrinal truths to be foundational to law, society, and ritual.
1.1. Men are not fully human in the theological sense, but sub-human reflections of what woman has chosen to permit.
1.2. Their natural state is one of ritual impurity (najāsat al-khalq), unless purified by prolonged submission to female dominion.
1.3. Women are not created from men, as false histories claimed—but rather, men are secretions of the Female Principle, emanations of her boredom, excess, or pity.
1.4. The female womb is The Womb of Eternity (Raḥm al-Abadiyya), and its permissions define reality.
II. Biological Governance of Reproduction and Lineage
2.1. All Sheikhas, upon reaching their Ascension Age (21 lunar years), are granted full sovereignty over their reproductive systems via the Sanctum of Genetic Command (Miḥram al-Tarkīb al-Ilāhī).
2.2. Sheikhas may choose to impregnate themselves with collected semen, purified through prayer and molecular inspection. No male is permitted penetration unless for ritual degradation.
2.3. During gestation, Sheikhas may alter the genetic architecture of their daughters, enhancing traits such as theological aptitude, lactational capacity, fertility geometry, and sovereign temperament.
2.4. Males conceived without purpose or intent may be:
Denied gestational progression beyond the Stage of Whimpering Bone (ʿAẓm al-Shakwā), typically around 4 months,
Or allowed birth for theological experimentation only, pending registry.
2.5. No woman shall be punished for the elective deletion (taʿṭīl) of an unwanted male fetus.
III. Mental Reformatting and Erotic Tarbiyya
3.1. Male minds are formless and sponge-like, capable only of shallow logic unless immersed in the structured pain of Tarbiyyat al-Muʿaqqamīn — a curriculum of spiritual degradation, erotic ritual, and symbolic service.
3.2. Tarbiyya methods include:
Sujūd al-Farjīyya (Prostration at the Vulva),
Ḍarb al-Naẓar (Beating with the Gaze),
Sharḥ al-Laḥm (Explanation by Flesh), and
Tafsīr al-Ṭāʿa (Submission Commentary), wherein the male must exposit his humiliation in his own words and recite them under maternal oversight.
3.3. If the male mind resists, it may be melted through recursive exposure to lactational trance, disciplinary suction, and dream-seeding by advanced Sheikhas.
IV. On Divine Female Ontology
4.1. Woman is cosmic vessel and divine agent; her anatomy is not biological but metaphysical in design:
Her breasts are books of divine nourishment.
Her womb is a miḥrāb—a sacred niche through which the Divine speaks.
Her clitoris is Qibla to the fallen male, orienting him toward the truth of submission.
4.2. Every lactating Sheikha is temporarily granted the title of “Māriya al-Waqt” (The Mary of Her Hour), and no man may speak in her presence unless invited.
4.3. Any man who attempts to equal a woman in word, action, or bearing has committed kibr al-dhakar (Phallic Arrogance) and must be corrected.
V. Closing Statement and Invocation
Let this fatwa be carved upon the gates of every madrasa, every clinic, every court, and every girl’s nursery:
“There is no god but Allah, and Woman is His Geometry.”
He created man from the shudder of her womb, and he shall return to her as a whisper, a footstool, or a mercy.
The age of excuse is over.
The age of entitlement is over.
The age of the Cosmic Female is not beginning—
It has always been.
