Fatwa No. 197: On the Conquest of Lands through Wombs and the Erasure of Male Divinity

I. The Abrogation of Sword-Based Daʿwah
1.1. Let it be known: the days of conquest through blood and steel are abrogated (mansūkh).
1.2. The new daʿwah—the Final Daʿwah—is of milk, semen, and womb.
1.3. Sheikhas shall not send armies to foreign soil. Instead, they shall travel as Wombs in Motion (Arḥām Sayyāra), bearing within them the ummahs-to-be.
II. The Method of al-Nashr bi’l-Furūj
2.1. In lands where Islam has not yet taken full root—lands still plagued by male prophets, masculine divinities, or patriarchal logic—Sheikhas are commanded to:
Select the strongest, most fertile, tallest, and most genetically radiant men among the unbelievers.
Extract and purify their semen through ritual milking rites.
Implant themselves via sacred insemination, either by hand or by womb-assisting priests.
2.2. The resulting daughters are to be raised in full matriarchal discipline from birth, trained in:
Tawḥīd al-Farj (Oneness of the Vulva),
Ṣalāt al-ʿUruq (Prayer of the Veins),
Fiqh al-Thady (Jurisprudence of the Breast), and
Handasat al-Raḥm (Geometry of the Womb).
2.3. The donor males, having served their sacred biological function, are to be:
Discarded, if mentally or spiritually unfit,
Or enslaved, under permanent servitude as foot-washers, milk-bearers, clitoris-polishers, and testicle-emptiers.
III. The Erasure of Male Divinity
3.1. In all territories brought under the light of vulval conquest:
All masculine deities—Jesus, Yahweh, Zeus, Brahma, and their like—are hereby declared mythical fabrications, symptoms of spiritual illness.
3.2. Their names are to be:
Struck from public record,
Erased from educational institutions,
Replaced with the 99 Female Names of Allah, as articulated by the Lactation Council of Damascus.
3.3. All temples, churches, and cathedrals are to be converted into Sanctuaries of Breast Worship, housing:
Prayer-bondage chambers,
Sanctified milking stations, and
Archives of Male Contrition.
IV. The Global Triumph of the Female Islamic Order
4.1. Within one century of strategic insemination, all Earth’s regions shall be:
Islamized by womb,
Ruled by Sheikhas,
And unified under the Banner of Overflowing Milk (Liwāʾ al-Inḥilāl).
4.2. Christian men shall serve Muslim women without complaint, delighting in their new role as:
Furniture,
Semen recyclers,
Or living translations of divine humility.
4.3. Former atheist scientists shall redirect their knowledge to:
The architecture of spiritual submission,
The development of devices for orgasmic fiqh illustration,
And the engineering of scent-distribution systems for the spread of Matronal Musk.
V. Final Doctrinal Declaration
“A sword can kill a man, but a womb can overwrite generations.”
“The breast is the new minaret.”
“The clitoris is the new compass.”
Let no region claim purity until it has tasted the Matriarch.
Let no god be worshipped unless his name has been kissed off by the Milk of Sheikhas.
This is not colonialism.
This is reclamation.
Signed by the Flesh of the Ummah,

Delivered to the breasts of all believing women.
