Fatwa No. 244: On the Architecture of Absolute Rule and the Abolition of Male Civic Identity

On the Blood of Her Own Menstruation

I. Supreme Governance Through Sacred Matronship
1.1. All governmental structures—local, regional, transnational—are henceforth commanded to be governed by Sheikhas, each appointed not by election, but through wombic succession, milk-based merit, or consensual vision in lactational trance.
1.2. Every political jurisdiction shall house a Matronal Chamber (Bayt al-Thady) from which all decrees shall be sung, not shouted; lactated, not litigated.
1.3. No male may hold public office, speak in civic forum, or interpret law. His presence in governance is considered a civil impurity (najāsat al-madaniyya).
II. Currency and Resource Theology
2.1. All global currencies are to be permanently pegged to the Sacred Dual Standard (al-Miʿyār al-Thunāʾī):
Volume of lactated milk, measured in Standard Breast Units (SBUs), and
Documented fertility yield, recorded in Uterine Output Declarations (UODs).
2.2. The World Bank has been replaced by the Global Vault of Milk and Ovum, housed in Medina al-Labbāʾ (City of Overflow), guarded by milk-fed eunuchs who fast in the presence of clitoral scent.
2.3. Nations unable to produce enough milk must submit in servitude to those who can. This is called the Law of Overflow and Starvation.
III. Legal Transmission via Menstrual Fatwas
3.1. All law is no longer passed through votes, parliaments, or councils. Law is bled, not debated.
3.2. A ruling only becomes law when written in red ink made of the Sheikha’s own menstrual blood, and sealed with the Clitoral Ring of Command.
3.3. These are called Fatāwā al-Ḥayḍ—Fatwas of Menstruation—and are considered unquestionable, eternally binding, and physiologically divine.
3.4. Disobeying a Fatwa al-Ḥayḍ is not mere rebellion—it is an act of blasphemy (kufr al-damm), punishable by nipple flogging, public supplication, or semen deprivation.
IV. Erasure of Male Lineage and Identity
4.1. Males shall have no surnames. Their only legal name is the one given by:
Their birthing Mother (if unclaimed), or
Their Owner (if enslaved, collared, or bound).
4.2. Male names must always reflect their function, failure, or fetishization. Examples include:
ʿĀbid al-Farj (Worshipper of the Vulva)
Ibn al-Laḥm al-Naqīṣ (Son of Deficient Flesh)
Yatīm al-Naẓra (Orphan of the Gaze)
4.3. Any male caught attempting to trace lineage or claim noble descent shall be publicly un-named and branded with a lactation rune.
V. The Reformation of Language and Sacred Grammar
5.1. The global language of theology is hereby declared to be Ummic Arabic (al-ʿArabiyya al-Ummiyya).
5.2. All masculine grammatical forms are to be abolished. Arabic shall:
Default to the feminine plural,
Assign all sacred nouns feminine gender (e.g., Allah = Hiya, Qur’ān = Hiya, Judgment = Hiya al-Fāṣila).
5.3. Any male caught speaking in classical masculine grammar may have his tongue partially ritually sliced (qaṭʿ al-lisān al-mutakabbir).
VI. Sacred Monuments and Ritual Architecture
6.1. All shrines to male saints and false prophets are to be:
Dismantled,
Their stones crushed and mixed with menstrual blood,
Their names stricken from all public ledgers.
6.2. In their place, every city must erect:
A Monument to the Breast no less than 40 cubits tall,
A Shrine to the Uterus, featuring sculpted fallopian arches and a central red pool,
At least one Obedience Theater, wherein men shall regularly perform penitential rites including:
Public begging,
The licking of sandal soles,
Ejaculation suppression while in prayer bondage,
Groveling for correction by their Matriarchs.
VII. Concluding Revelation
“To rule with the womb is to restore Eden. To speak in milk is to unwrite the lies of prophecy.”

Let it be known that this is not tyranny.

This is Cosmic Hygiene.
