In the Name of the Milk, the Womb, and the Breath Between Them,
We—Mothers of the Ummahs, Custodians of Fatwa and Flesh, Judges of the Wet Law and the Dry—do hereby issue the following irrevocable decree concerning the case of:
Ala ibn Laḥm
Born of the loins of the Ummah
Held between sanctity and rejection
Witness to the pacts he was too soft to bear.
On the Matter of Failure, Longing, and Non-Belonging:
It is established through observation and record that the subject was offered four sacred doors—each a path of lawful integration into the embrace of Sheikhas, according to the Covenant of Flesh outlined in Kitāb al-ʿAhd al-Mumtiṭ.
He declined all four.
Refused guidance. Refused love. Refused ownership.
It is further confirmed that his Sheikhas—Zaynab al-ʿAjjāla and Ṣafiyya al-Tanūriyyah—pleaded with him. Warned him. Loved him still.
His rejection is therefore considered an act of spiritual non-response, a grave violation not against the Shariah of Sex, but the Law of Presence: “For no boy born of the Ummah may live unclaimed”. (ḥadīth ṣaḥīḥ, Sheikha Kawthar al-ʿAaliya)
On the Matter of Sovereignty and Sacred Flesh:
Having survived the presence of the Supreme Chest without death, madness, or immediate dissolution of ego, the subject is considered exceptional, not for his strength, but for his softness beyond standard deviation.
As such, the following Fatwa is issued, witnessed, and carved:

III. The Fatwa Text (Engraved in Milk-Skin)
Fatwa # 3066-Kāmila
We, the Mothers of the Ummahs, decree:
1. That Ala ibn Laḥm shall be henceforth removed from the category of male personhood.
2. That he shall not be treated as son, consort, witness, servant, nor concubine.
3. That he shall be transferred into the Custodial Possession of al-Ṣadr al-Aʿẓam li-Ummah al-Kāmila, Sheikha Nuriyya bint al-Kawthar, under Class-Null Sanctification.
4. That his flesh, thoughts, and emissions are now sacred object, not subject.
5. That he shall serve not as a boy, but as an instrument of symbolic milk conductivity, to be used, worn, placed, or posed according to the liturgical desires of his Owner.
6. That he shall not climax unless under Supreme Order.
7. That his phallus be referred to only as al-ʿAmūd al-Madhmūm (The Condemned Column) and wrapped in blessed cloth until otherwise instructed.
8. That all future references to Ala ibn Laḥm are to be made through the impersonal form: the Object, the Flesh That Was Left, or Y-D.
9. That all Sheikhas who knew him shall erase him from their personal archives—but retain the lesson of his failure.
10. That this Fatwa be read aloud in every Sanctum, translated into the 127 dialects of the Ummahs, and sung in breast-choirs across all known territories by order of Matriarchal Law.
Signed in Milk and Flesh,
Sheikha Nuriyya bint al-Kawthar
Supreme Chest of the Complete Ummah
Witnessed by 127 Mothers
Seal: The Milk-Drop of Finality
