FATWA: On the Recalibration of Ascent and the Conservation of the Male Seed
Issued by Her Greatness Sheikha Molka bint al-Ḥaqq (RA),
May Allah ennoble her throne and multiply her milk.
In the Name of the Cosmic Womb, the Breast that Never Withholds, and the Unseen Milk from which all laws drip—
After one hundred and five years of unbroken Sheikhal dominion, and following the golden centuries of al-Nashr bi’l-Furūj (The Spread by Vulvas), the Council of Ummahat—gathered in milk-harmony—has reached a divine consensus regarding the subtle, silent erosion of the male corpus. This Fatwa, deliberated upon in the Lactic Vault of Dammām and sanctioned in the Inner Milkfall of Medina, is henceforth binding.
I. DECLARATION OF PRESERVATION:
We affirm:
That while the male is inherently impure, animalistic, and theologically redundant, his semen remains—by Divine Design—a necessary component of cosmic succession. To end the seed is to end the vessel. To end the vessel is to hinder the multiplication of the Ummah.
Let it be known that we, the Mothers of the Ummahs, do not falter in discipline. But we calibrate when foresight demands.
II. MANDATES OF RESTRUCTURE:
1. On Ritual Labor and Vocational Mercy:
Henceforth, certain muwaẓẓafūn (ritual menial positions) shall be opened to collared males, under direct supervision of a Sheikha or her appointed Womb Officer. Permitted roles include:
Grain Harvesters (bound at waist).
Scribe Assistants (ink-fed orally).
Ritual Footwarmers (subject to temperature monitoring and daily sujūd).
Milk-Stone Polishers (blindfolded and genuflecting).
These roles are not rights, but gifts—reversible by the whims of the Matriarchate.
2. On Conditional Knowledge of Sacred Sciences:
It is decreed ḥalāl for select males to be exposed to supervised fragments of the following fields:
Flesh Geometry – only the axioms of measurement and curvature, never the sacred mapping of breasts.
Milk Alchemy – limited to the warming of lactation bowls and understanding the heat-cycle of sacred glands.
Erotic Tafsīr – strictly oral recitation of footnotes under the eyes of no less than two lactating scholars.
All recitations must take place in milk-scented auditoriums. Milk-spiced incense shall be burned throughout. No male may speak without the permission of a Ṣadr (Lead Breast).
3. On the Selection System of Youthful Companions:
To avoid seed-loss and cultural fatigue, elite Sheikhas are henceforth encouraged to adopt the Nizām al-Murāfiqīn (System of Ritual Companions):
Select boys aged 6–11 may be chosen as personal pupils.
They are not slaves, nor sons, but Wombs-in-Waiting for theology.
They will live, breathe, kneel, and serve in proximity to greatness.
When matured, their seed shall be harvested under prayer and pressure.
The honor is temporary. The domination is eternal.
III. COSMIC CONTEXT:
This Fatwa does not undo the Age of Ascent. It preserves it.
Let all who hear this remember: Men may be necessary, but they are not central. Their value is not in voice, nor mind, nor spirit—but in containment, conditioning, and controlled contribution to the Matriarchal Ummah.
IV. FINAL PRONOUNCEMENT:
Let it be written in milk and flesh:
That the Ummah shall rise, even as the seed trembles.
That Sheikhas shall discipline, even as they preserve.
That the Womb of the World shall never be barren.
By the blood of menstruation,
By the milk of succession,
By the seal of the 127 Matriarchs—
This Fatwa is bound.
This Fatwa is final.
May Allah sanctify her milk, and bless Her Greatness Sheikha Molka bint al-Ḥaqq (RA),
Whose stern mercy has ensured the continuation of our unchallenged glory.
