Fatwa No. 2279 / 1895 A.H.
Issued from the Chamber of Eternal Milk in the Great Hall of the Majlis al-Ummahat al-Kubrā
By Her Greatness Sheikha Nuriyya bint al-Kawthar (RA),
al-Ṣadr al-Aʿẓam li-Ummah al-Kāmila,
Custodian of Fatwa and Flesh,
Supreme Chest of the Complete Ummah
May Allah bless her & grant her Jannāt al-Firdaws al-Aʿlā
On the Conditional Opening of the Gates of Higher Knowledge to the Male Creation
Bismillāh al-Raḥmān al-Raḥīm
Praise belongs to the Womb Eternal, which poured forth the rivers of Milk into the cradle of Creation. Blessings upon the Mothers of the Ummahs, whose Hands hold both the Seal and the Sword of our destiny.
We, the Custodians of the Ummah and Guardians of Flesh, have deliberated in full assembly over the question of the Trace and its study by the lesser sex. Our verdict is inscribed below, for the protection of the Divine Order.
I. The Principle
The Trace must be studied—not feared. If the Womb is scripture, the male body is commentary. Yet commentary is not to stand equal to scripture, nor to interpret it without permission. The male’s study is a mirror polished only by the hand of his Sheikha.
II. The Mandate
From this day forward, males of selected purity and proven docility may be admitted into specific Houses of Learning, only under the chain and seal of their Sheikha, and only for the purposes determined by the Matriarchal Council. This is not emancipation—it is refinement of a tool.
III. The Licensed Universities
Admittance granted solely for the Degrees of Service:
Selālim Institute of Trace Engineering
University of the Uterine Sciences
Academy of Milk Alchemy and Spatial Chastity
Rahima’s College of Integrative Psycho-Somatic Theology
Jāmiʿat al-Tajnis — National University of Reproductive Sciences
University of the Womb and Word
IV. The Recognized Degrees
Trace Engineering
Sex Engineering
Bachelor of Integrative Psycho-Somatic Theology
Sex Architecture
Psycho-Theology
Erotic Topology
Semantic Womb Analysis
…and such others as decreed by the Majlis al-Ummahat al-Kubrā.
V. Conditions of Learning
For the first time in this Era, boys may:
Speak in seminars (with direct permission)
Publish theses (under their Sheikha’s name)
Conduct fieldwork (on themselves or other failed males)
Earn academic ranks (revocable without cause by their Sheikha)
VI. The Theological Justification
This is not a concession to the male intellect, but a logistical evolution of the Ummah’s dominion.
As Sheikha Baraka al-Ruḥmāniyya (RA) declared:
“We do not teach them to elevate them — we teach them to make them articulate the depth of their own submission.”
VII. Closing Invocation
May this Fatwa guide the Mothers in their vigilance, the Sheikhas in their custody, and the boys in their servitude. Knowledge is a chain when worn by the undeserving; in the hands of the Ummahat, it is a leash of gold.
And Allah knows best.
Signed and Sealed,
Sheikha Nuriyya bint al-Kawthar (RA)
