Function: She is the Council Inspector. Her job is to evaluate the integrity and progress of sacred pacts, particularly the rare and volatile "Three-Bodied Womb." She is a diagnostician of sanctity, determining whether a pact is "inert," "in gestation," or has reached "birth." Symbolism: She embodies the cold, impartial, and brutally honest eye of the law.
